Gmail is the most widely used email client in the world, with over 1.8 billion active users. But did you know about Gmail's build-in privacy features? When you start typing an email on Gmail, on desktop clip the lock icon, or on mobile phones you have to go into the menu and tap confidential mode. This will bring up a new pop up, which says that confidential mode emails cannot be forwarded, copied, printed or downloaded by the recipients. They can, however, be screenshotted. In the pop, you can also set an expiration date for the email to automatically delete it after that day. You can also set a passcode for the email, which will require the recipient to enter the passcode received on their phone to open the email. You can also head to your 'sent emails' section and remove access for confidential emails you've sent, which would make the email inaccessible to the recipient.
